Booster Rewards is Booster Juice's loyalty program. Earn points by placing orders through our app for delivery or pickup in-store, and redeem them for rewards like free Booster Balls, smoothies, and even credit towards merchandise! To learn more about Booster Rewards, click here.

After downloading the Booster Rewards App from the App Store, and creating a profile, you are ready to begin earning Berry Points on any in-store or online order through the App. When in-store, before processing payment, be sure to scan your App to earn Berry Points. For online orders through the App, you will automatically earn Berry Points through each order as long as you are signed in.

Berry Points are our Rewards system in which you earn one (1) Berry Point for every $1 spent at Booster Juice before taxes. After you collect enough Berry Points, you can begin redeeming amazing rewards.

Berry Points are earned based on the subtotal before tax. We are unable to reward Berry Points on the tax charged on the order.

We recommend you scan the QR code found in the ‘Scan’ section of your Booster Rewards App before each purchase to ensure you are collecting all your Berry Points. Alternatively, you can also order directly through the App to earn the Berry Points as well. We are unable to add points to your account for purchases without a receipt or proof of purchase or with receipts over a month old. If you have a receipt or the proof of purchase, you can send it to appfeedback@boosterjuice.com for us to review before rewarding you with the Berry Points.

Upon joining, you become a part of Booster Nation and will receive the following benefits:

• A sign up bonus of 15 Berry Points to start your journey towards redeeming rewards;
• A Birthday Reward to celebrate you on your birthday! To qualify for the Birthday Reward, you must sign up and enter your birthday a minimum of seven (7) days before your birthday and must have made at least one qualifying transaction;
• Personalized Offers in the Booster Rewards App and by email. Be sure to opt-in to receive promotional notifications from us to receive these special offer;
• Be able to buy, send, share, and/or spend digital gift cards.

Berry Points are valid within one year of earning them! They will expire 365 days after the earning date with each purchase. For example, if you make a purchase on January 1st and earn 5 points, those points will expire at the end of the day on December 31st of the same year. You will no longer have access to these points after that date.

On the morning of your Birthday, a Birthday offer will be sent to your email and to the inbox on the Booster Rewards App. To find the Birthday offer, you will need to tap the ‘OFFERS’ tab on the main screen of the Booster Rewards App, next to the ‘REWARDS’. This is where you can redeem a free regular size smoothie as a gift from us, for your Birthday! Only valid on smoothies from the ‘Classics’ category. To qualify for the Birthday Reward, you must sign up and enter your birthday a minimum of seven (7) days before your birthday and must have made at least one qualifying transaction. Management reserves all rights and may require photo identification.

When you receive a Birthday Offer, you will have seven (7) days to redeem the offer. After this this timeframe, you will no longer be able to redeem this annual offer until your next birthday the following year. To qualify for the Birthday Reward, you must sign up and enter your birthday a minimum of seven (7) days before your birthday and must have made at least one qualifying transaction.

If you are unable to use the your Berry Points or redeem any offers you have received, it is likely that you have not verified your Booster Rewards account yet. After signing up, you should have received a verification email to confirm your account. Please ensure you have done this step to prevent any technical issues you might run into while using the app. In the event that you have not received this email, please refer to the email address that used during signup, which can be located in your Booster Rewards profile. If you used an apple ID, please check the email address associated with your apple ID for the verification email. You can reach out to appfeedback@boosterjuice.com if you are unable to find this email, and we will resend it. If you no longer have access to the email associated with your apple ID or wish to change the email in your account, please reach out to appfeedback@boosterjuice.com and we can update that information for you.

As a Booster Rewards Member, you will earn Berry Points with each qualifying order you place within our app and receive one (1) Berry Point for every $1 spent, the same as in store purchases! Berry Points are only earned on purchases made within our Booster Rewards App. Third party delivery platforms are excluded from Loyalty Rewards.

Booster Rewards Members can now pay for their online orders placed within our app with a credit card (excludes Visa/Mastercard Debit cards and American Express cards), unlocked rewards, and Booster Juice Gift Cards. The $5 and $10 Booster Reward offers are available once unlocked, during checkout. These are the only rewards offers available to redeem when placing online orders. 

Booster Reward offers have been selected from our core products. Each reward level provides you the option to select from a variety of products within that category offer. Substitutions outside the reward level cannot be made.

Yes! As a Booster Rewards Member, you can split purchases between multiple credit cards, Booster Juice Gift Cards or a combination of both a credit card and Booster Juice Gift Cards.

When you load a Booster Juice digital gift card on the Booster Rewards App, it can be used to purchase all your favourite Booster Juice items through the Booster Rewards App or in-store. You can also send or transfer an existing digital gift card to friends and family who are also verfied Booster Rewards members. Digital gift cards do not expire and are not refundable. Treat these digital gift cards like cash. Make sure you write down or take a screen shot of your digital gift card number in case the digital gift card is accidentally deleted or removed. Booster Juice does not charge users any fees to use digital gift cards and the use of digital gift cards constitutes acceptance of terms.

To load a physical Booster Juice gift card onto the Booster Rewards App, you will need to enter the number on the back of the gift card and the 3 or 4 digit PIN found under the stratch-off area. Physical gift cards loaded to the Booster Rewards App can be shared, but can not be transferred to another Booster Rewards App user. DO NOT throw away your physical cards after loading it onto the app as it is still active and can be used. They should be kept and treated as cash.

Each time you load or reload a digital Booster Juice gift card, you will be asked to create a security passcode (if loading/reloading for the first time). This security passcode will be asked when transferring or gifting digital gift cards to other reward members. If you have forgotten your security passcode, you have the option to reset it whenever you want.

When loading a Booster Juice gift card, there are no Berry Points that can be earned. It is only when you use the gift card for purchases is when you will earn the Berry Points.

Yes! You can earn additional points by sharing your unique friend code. Invite friends to download our app using your friend code and earn 15 points once they make their first purchase as a loyalty member. Be sure to also opt-in to receive special offers and promotions through In-App notifications or emails, to earn bonus Berry Points throughout the year.

The Booster Rewards App can be used at all Booster Juice locations except for school campus and airport locations.

The Booster Rewards App is available in Quebec, but the App is not available in French.

If you cancel or return or a purchase, the Berry Points you earned for that purchase, will be deducted from your Booster Rewards account.

In order to see nearby locations from the ordering list in the Booster Rewards App, you will need to enable location settings for the app on your mobile device.

To receieve notifications on special promotions and offers through the Booster Rewards App, please ensure you have your notifications enabled in the Booster Rewards App. You can find these options in the ‘Profile’ section of the app.

We currently carry Almond Milk and a line up of signature Booster Balls on our menu that contain nuts. We also receive some ingredients from manufacturing plants that handle other products containing nuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that throughout the production process, cross-contact did not occur before the product reached our stores.

We strongly recommend any of our customers with severe nut allergies to alert our staff prior to ordering.

You can find a variety of plant-based smoothies on our menu, including the Wildberry Rush, Tropi-Kale, and Spinach Is In It. We also offer many vegan liquid substitutions that can be added to any smoothie such as oat milk, almond milk, and coconut water. For those who are looking for a plant-based option, we also recommend trying one of our Freshly Squeezed Juices made right in store!

Yes! The Refresh section of the Booster Juice menu is devoted entirely to dairy-free options. Our Freshly Squeezed Juices and Specialty Shots are also dairy-free. Our stores also carry a variety of dairy-free milks including oat and almond milk which can be substituted in your smoothie for no extra charge.

At Booster Juice, we place your health as our #1 priority. Allergens are a serious issue, and therefore a full wash, rinse and sanitize cycle is done for all utensils and blender jars after each use. We also have 2 different colour blender jars in our stores used to blend smoothies; our clear jars are used for the majority of our smoothies, while our purple tinted jars are used specifically for almond milk smoothies. By separating the jars that are used to make our smoothies, we can ensure that customers who may have a nut allergy can be confident that their smoothie was made in a nut-free blender jar.

Yes! We offer substitutions of any fruit for free. You will only be charged if you add additional fruit to your beverage.

The site requirements for a new Booster Juice location vary depending on the exact region or locale, but are primarily based on the following guidelines:

• The size of an ideal Booster Juice location varies from 650 to 1,300 sq. ft.
• An end-cap preferred, allowing for the store to be high-visibility and easily accessible. 
• Eight or more parking spaces are preferred- each with easy access to the planned store entrance.
• At least two signage locations outside or around the store are preferred.
• An open, glass store front preferred for maximum visibility and curb appeal. 
• At an overall site level, a national or strong local mix of grocery and fitness brands that serve as anchors are preferred.

The following demographics serve as our basis for evaluating the suitability for a potential new Booster Juice location:

• Overnight residential population greater than 10,000
• Daytime (workplace) population greater than 5,000
• Secondary education greater than 33%
• Home ownership greater than 74%
• Above average median household income
• 1,000,000 sq. ft. of office space or more within walking distance for the primary demographic.\

Once a franchise applicant is screened for compatibility with a specific Booster Juice location, we will disclose, in detail, the store opportunity and the process for proceeding.

Depending on your proximity to Booster Juice Headquarters, you may be invited to a discovery day to meet with senior executives and learn more about the Booster Juice franchise opportunity. To finalize the application process, we'll conduct a complete background and reference check. 

Upon approval of your application and location selected, you and Booster Juice will sign a disclosure and franchise agreement. If you do not have a site selected by this time, the agreement will contain a condition for securing a mutually agreeable location. Should a location not be immediately available, the document process will be completed once the site, design and lease has been negotiated.

Certain Booster Juice products contain caffeine, including the Matcha Monsoon, Mind Over Matcha, and Oat-Rageous Mocha.

No, both Booster Juice's Frozen Vanilla Yogurt as well as our Probiotic Yogurt are completely gelatin-free.

Matcha is the oldest variety of shade-grown Japanese Green Tea, traditionally used in Zen Buddhist ceremonies for over 800 years. Ground into a fine, jade-green powder using granite grinding wheels, Matcha is then whisked with water to create a unique, beautiful and richly flavorful drink. It's also one of our favourites here at Booster Juice! 

Matcha Green Tea is grown in the Nishio Region in Japan, an especially fertile region of the country thanks to its temperate climate and proximity to fresh riverwater. 

One (1) cup of Matcha Green Tea has approximately 10-15 times the nutrients of Regular Green Tea.

Regular green tea is steeped; when tea is steeped, approximately 80-90% of the naturally-occurring nutrients are lost. This is because most of the vitamins in tea are not water soluble. However, with Matcha Green Tea, the tea leaves are ground up and consumed as a whole, providing the full spectrum of nutritional benefits that Matcha has to offer!

Matcha Green Tea contains the highest antioxidant (ORAC) count compared to all known fruits and vegetables. On a per gram basis, Matcha Green Tea is the most powerful antioxidant in the world!

Yes, the Matcha used in both the Matcha Monsoon and Mind Over Matcha smoothies is the same proprietary Booster Juice blend of Matcha Green Tea that is sold in-store.

Wheatgrass was first introduced by Ann Wigmore over 40 years ago. By pressing and squeezing the tender young blades of the wheat plant, a dark green juice is extracted which is a great source of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and chlorophyll. During the germination and sprouting phase of the young wheatgrass, the stored food in the wheat berry is converted into predigested living food- an amazing source of vitamins and minerals not found anywhere else. 

In theory, to get the most from any vitamins or and minerals, a person’s total intake should come in a form that is as close to its natural state as possible. Wheatgrass is a living food at the time of juicing and for a period of 10 to 15 minutes after harvest meaning it is less diluted than other  forms. Wheatgrass juice is also high in Vitamin C, A, B, and E, making it a terrific source of all four vitamins. This green juice also has over 90 minerals which are needed to maintain good metabolism. The presence of these alkaline minerals are found in wheatgrass which contains calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron, a mineral essential for transporting oxygen to the lungs. Last but not least, organic sodium is also found in Wheatgrass, aiding in digestion and regulation of the amount of fluids in the body.

Yes, all of our to-go cups are in fact recyclable! We also offer an assortment of reusable tumblers, chug jugs, and other Booster Juice-branded mugs in-store.

No! In fact, Açai grows on the Açai Palm Tree, the same tree harvested for Heart of Palm- another common palm product that requires cutting down the entire tree rather than simply waiting for it to bear fruit. However, locals make more money harvesting the Açai fruit year after year rather than harvesting their trees for “Heart of Palm”; this means more money in their pockets long-term in addition to helping save the Rainforest!
